Play Half-Life 2 with friends in Garry's Mod! This has been in works on and off for a few years now. Episodes and HL1 will follow in the future hopefully while HL2 is completely finished and playable along with HL2:DM. Yes, I know there is Synergy but this being on Garry's Mod it spawns more costumization & possibilities on what to do. I still think the best way to experience the first game is playing through the original Half-Life. Black Mesa will cover the story and is a good remake, but I think it's worth playing the original first just to see the source material.
